

Agrobanka pays special attention to its personnel potential and provides its employees with necessary technical, organizational and all other conditions for high-quality and professional work performance, as well as advance training and qualification.
In August, 2008 Agrobanka had 871 employees - 420 with university or college education, 5 MSs and three PhDs, namely 48.22% of the total number of employees has university or college degree which represents high-quality personnel structure.
Agrobanka is constantly active in the follow-up of its employees’ results, their selection depending on the accomplished work results, as well as in total increase of employees’ work quality and professionalism levels with the aim to strengthen and develop human resources, as one of the basic factors of Agrobanka’s successful operations.
According to their job requirements, its employees are continually educated and trained in both Agrobanka’s Study Center and relevant external institutions in the country and abroad.
General personnel policy is to rejuvenate Bank’s personnel by hiring young, highly educated staff, in order to additionally strengthen Agrobanka’s resources and to support Agrobanka’s total development and its business network expansion.
