E-banking service is available to all users with an open account with Agrobanka!
SIMPLE AND EASY! Authorization granting, without any procedure on each Agrobanka counter, simply by filling in an application form.

To use Agrobanka’s e-banking services, you can access the following address from any place in the world: https://ebank.agrobanka.co.yu/retail/. It offers two possibilities:
1. User name and password – overview of balance and turnover on the current account and other accounts as well as payments at predefined accounts
2. CD Digital certificate – all services stated under 1. as well as payments at the accounts by choice.

SMS
Information on balance and inflows on the current account and other accounts can be demanded in two ways:
1. Exclusively from the number stated in the E-Banking Application Form.
2. By sending an SMS with text “saldo”.
The client can obtain information on his/hers account balance by sending an SMS to our system with the following content:
• saldo <account number> - the balance of specific account is received
• saldo – the balance of all accounts is received, and the client receives as many messages as the number of accounts held.
The account holders should send their messages to the following numbers:
For 064/65 network 065 333 2470
For 063/62 network 063 333 247
 

IVR - Interactive Voice Response
Information on balance and inflows on the current account and other accounts can be obtained by calling a certain telephone number and usage of PID number received at the contract signing with the Bank.
