OPENING A CURRENT ACCOUNT
All citizens of the Republic of Serbia and non-residents (holders of a permanent residence permit or temporary residence permit) can open a current account with Agrobanka by submitting an account opening form and signing an account opening and maintenance agreement in any of the Bank’s organizational units.

CURRENT ACCOUNT OPENING REQUIREMENTS

-Regular income – based on employment;
-Income based on pension;
-Other types of income.

REQUIRED DOCUMENATION FOR OPENING A CURRENT ACCOUNT
-ID card, passport, or other relevant personal document (non-residents also need a residence permit),
- completed current account opening form;
- documents to verify the source of income – statement from employer, pension cheque, contract, etc.

AUTHORIZED PERSONS
-A natural person can vest another person with authority to open a current account on his behalf as well as to dispose of the funds on the account.

CURRENT ACCOUNTS BENEFITS
- current account opening is free of commission;
- regular income, as well as all other incomes up to the amount of 100,000 RSD can be withdrawn free of commission;
- a corresponding number of cheques;
- free issuing and usage of all types of debit and credit cards for the account holders with the regular income, and of debit cards for the account holders with other types of income;
-account balance overview and money withdrawal on all ATMs;
- free current account balance inquiry;
- E-banking;
- disposal of the funds at any time;
- telephone service (SMS account balance inquiry).

AUTHORIZED OVERDRAFT
Right to an overdraft – persons with regular income based on employment or pension;
Limit – up to the amount of your average monthly income in the last 3 months;
Interest – 2% a month on the amount spent (the interest is variable).

FOREIGN CURRENCY ACCOUNTS
All citizens of the Republic of Serbia and non-residents (holders of a permanent residence permit or temporary residence permit) can open foreign currency accounts with Agrobanka for the purpose of:
- opening a deposit (savings) accounts,
- foreign currency inflow from abroad;
- effecting domestic and international payments according to the foreign currency regulations.
